About the calculation
The online cost calculation uses Yandex.Maps. This API is not used for monitoring and dispatching; the service is intended only for your convenience, to visually show you how pricing is set for various towing services. The final price is set by the dispatcher, who takes all factors into account and sets a route that may differ from the one suggested by Yandex (for example, a tow truck can't go everywhere Yandex.Navigator "passes through"). But none of these exceptions mean that the cost differs significantly!
Not included
- Empty run (if both loading and unloading are outside Irkutsk);
- Damage to your vehicle (accident, wheelbase, etc.);
- Work to prepare trucks for transportation;
- The hookup location (quagmire, ditch, etc.);

Note text Transport of complex special equipment, oversized road trains, unloading/reloading of cargo, etc. --- discussed separately. Work at an accident site, in special cases, is discussed separately with the parties' risks stipulated and set out in writing. When eliminating the consequences of an accident in the absence of the owner of the vehicle and the (transported) cargo, as well as with difficulty of passage by other vehicles on this section of road, at the invitation of the traffic police (GIBDD) units, the work performed is paid strictly according to the stated prices. The engagement and choice of a mobile crane, special equipment and other machinery for work to eliminate the consequences of an accident or man-made situations is made depending on the situation at the site of the intended work. -
